Former Wexford Player Ciaran Deely Is Back Involved With The Wexford Footballers

Deely was in contention for the Wexford Senior Football managerial job when it popped up a few months ago…

That Wexford Senior Football job would eventually go to Kerry All-Star and multiple All-Ireland winner, Paul Galvin.

In a post issued to Twitter, the former Wexford inter-county player has now revealed that after ten years away from the set-up, he is back involved with the Wexford Senior footballers, alongside Galvin:

Deely’s appointment veers towards the sports and analysis side of things, an area that continues to crucially grow within the world of GAA.

With Deely managing London GAA for several years previously until recently, one could only assume that his input will be a valuable one for the Wexford footballers.

With Galvin, Walsh in as physio and now Deely, it’s safe to say that this youthful group of Wexford footballers are currently in safe hands.
