There’s Now 26 Confirmed Cases Of Coronavirus In Wexford

Wexford have been doing well containing the coronavirus to date…

As of 09 April, there’s 26 confirmed cases of coronavirus in county Wexford.

These figures, released by the Department of Health, show an increase of two since yesterday’s figures.

It is widely known now that there is a backlog of cases and that number is due to rise over the next week.

Meanwhile, there was uproar in the media yesterday due to many people failing to adhere to the Government’s guidelines.

Bumper-to-bumper traffic footage spread like wild-fire across social media platforms.

Leo Varadkar and the Irish Government are expected to address the public on Friday evening. Given the recent neglect by some, one could expect the already-tight restrictions and limitations to increase.
