New comedy film ‘The Hurler’ to be released in cinemas on October 6th

There’s a new film coming to our cinema screens…

And it’s one that all hurlers and GAA fans across the country will undoubtedly love.

The film, namely ‘The Hurler’ will be released across Irish cinemas on October 6th.

The film written by, produced by, and starring Tony Kelly follows the story of Gar Campion. Campion is an infamous hurler and is well-known for his off-the-field antics.

After his ban from hurling, the film follows the story of Gar as he turns his attention to managing Ireland’s worst-ever hurling team in Waterford.

‘The Hurler’ is an Irish comedy and it will include people like Marty Morrissey, Mario Rosenstock, and David McSavage in the cast.
