A pub in Wexford has given out a public ultimatum…
The Schnooner Pub, based in the Ballygarret area of Wexford, has given an ultimatum to a woman who decided to fill up the pub’s refuse bin with her own rubbish.
The pub took to Facebook to offer the ultimatum, accompanied with a blurred out image of the woman dumping the rubbish into their bin, with her car caught on CCTV Too.
Writing the ultimatum on Facebook, the owners of the pub stated:
“To the woman driving the 162 Nissan who filled our pub refuse bin minutes after it was emptied by the waste collection company, with your rubbish at 11.10am this morning, Monday 11th December, we have your face and reg on CCTV, love.”
“You have 24 hours to come collect your belongings before we release the full registration and your mug shot to the gardai. Disgraceful behaviour. I, like many businesses, are doing everything we can to survive. We pay for those bins by weight, we are not a public dump.”
“It was filled with bottles, cans, nappies, and many other nasties, clearly you don’t even understand the concept of free bottle and can recycling.”
The post was published 19 hours ago which suggests that the woman who filled up the bin still has not came forward to the pub.
