The FAI Junior Cup final will kick off at 2pm on Sunday May 5th. It will be played in Eamonn Deacy Park in Galway.
Ahead of the clash, we caught up with Gorey Rangers manager, Willie Peare, to discuss his hopes and Rangers’ tag of underdogs for the final. Meanwhile, Gorey Rangers captain, Glen O’Brien, said that the Rangers players are quietly confident ahead of the game. Rangers will have Sean Murphy in the defense after he hobbled off with an injury in their semi-final, while they’ll also be pleased to welcome back winger Paul Brennan.
