The Wexford Senior hurlers will return to action tomorrow evening (Saturday)…
They will travel to O’Connor Park, Tullamore, to take on Offaly in Round 4 of the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship.
Keith Rossiter has been preparing without one of his key defenders, Shane Reck, after the Oylegate-Glenbrien clubman underwent an operation on his thumb.
Wexford team:

For Offaly, their star corner forward Adam Screeney has returned to the starting fifteen after being ruled out of previous games with a hamstring strain. Darragh Carley could be handed man marking duties. Charlie Mitchell, their captain, has been ruled out of the clash against Wexford after undergoing a procedure at St James’ Hospital.
Both teams need a win to keep their All-Ireland and Championship hopes alive. Wexford need two wins from their remaining two games as they battle for a third-placed position. Wexford take on Offaly (away) and Galway (home) in their final clash, however, they could face a highly weakened Galway side in Round 5 as it would be a dead-rubber game for them, having likely already qualified for the Leinster final.
A loss for Offaly would be a huge blow given their progress this year too; they have drawn against both Dublin and Kilkenny in recent championship games, but a loss here would mean they’ll have to travel to Kildare in Round 5 for a relegation battle.
It is worth noting for fans that the Wexford-Offaly clash will not be streamed online nor will it be broadcsat on RTE/TG4 or any television channel. Meanwhile, the Wexford Senior Camogie team will also take on Offaly at 4pm on O’Connor Park; Wexford supporters will be hoping for two big wins.
Match coverage sponsored by Maggie Mays – the number one spot to watch live sport and to enjoy the pour behind the door – only at Monck Street, number 1.
