Today, Sky Sports announced that they’ve attained rights for twenty GAA inter-county championship matches for 2018/2019.
Out of those 20 games, 14 will be broadcasted exclusively on the British broadcaster.
Including in those 14 exclusive games are:
Wexford vs Galway (Saturday, June 2, Leinster Hurling Championship)
Kilkenny vs Wexford (Saturday, June 9, Leinster Hurling Championship)
While it’s great news for those with a subscription package to Sky, it’s terrible news for Wexford fans who don’t – and for those who cannot travel to the game.
