Irish weather forecaster, Met Eireann, have issued a warning for Wexford…

Met Éireann have issued a status yellow raining warning for Wexford. The warning has also been issued to Wexford’s neighbouring counties including Carlow, Wicklow, Kildare, Waterford, and then also Laois, Tipperary and Kildare.

The national weather forecaster believes that heavy spells of persistent rain will lead to localised flooding across Wexford and the aforementioned counties.

The warning, which was just issued this afternoon, is valid from 5:00am on Wednesday 27th to 5:00am on Thursday 28th.
