House Listed For €3,000 Monthly Rent In Fethard On Sea

The rental market does seem to be out of hand at the moment…

That’s typified by the most recent addition to the Daft.ie website, which shows a house listed for €3,000 per-month rent in Wexford.

The property is located in Fethard-on-sea in County Wexford.

The house is described as “fully furnished with one double bed and 2 twin rooms, 3 bathrooms and a modern kitchen/living room.”

The listing on the website also states that the property has an “amazing sea-view.”

Speaking about the new listing, Wexford County Councillor Tom Forde stated that:

“Another case of pure greed and people preying on a bad situation. Rent controls aren’t going to solve the housing crisis but they have a role to play.”

More information on the house can be found here.
