A run-down property in Wexford has sold for almost half a million…

The Wexford property, based in Rosslare, is a bungalow and it is in dire need of some tender loving care.

Natioanl news publisher, Extra.ie, reported that a Limerick man has purchased the property for €480,000. The property which was listed on Sherry Fitzgerald sold for €80,000 over the guide price.

Although the property is in need of a lot of work, it is ideally located in Rosslare and includes panoramic sea views and just a minute’s walk from the beach.

Despite its current condition, the property has the potential to be beautiful. Likewise, with planning permission already granted, a new-look property could be on the site in the future.

In other Wexford property news, Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary recently splashed the cash on a property previously owned by nuns called the ‘Four Winds’ at Kilrane.
