A young Kilmuckridge Macra club man is set to represent Wexford at Mr. Personality Festival in 2024…
Wexford’s Sean O’Brien will represent his county at the 17th Annual Mr. Personality Festival which is being organised by Kilkenny County Macra na Feirme.
The festival will take place during the 5th and 6th of April at The Talbot Hotel, Clonmel. The festival has been kindly sponsored by Kilkenny, Carlow and District Farm Relief Services.
Sean is just 22 years old. He is an active member of Kilmuckridge Macra na Feirme and has listed going sea swimming with his Macra clubmates as one of his most memorable Macra moments.
His hobbies and interests include shooting, politics, travel, hiking and farming to name just a few.
Sean believes he will make a good representative for Wexford and he has a jam-packed weekend ahead of him.
The contestants will arrive at The Talbot Hotel in Clonmel at 2pm on the 5th April and will be heading out for their first group activity of the weekend. On their arrival back to the hotel, the on-stage interviews will kick off at 7:30pm. The on-stage interviews will be conducted by MC, Miss Michelle Heffernan from Beat 102-103. This will be followed by music from the much-anticipated A-Bros band and DJ till late.
Sean will have an early start on Saturday morning with contestant private interviews with the judges. Once the interview is finished Sean will be heading for some jiving lessons with Niall Doorhy. After lunch, the contestant challenges will take place which will see Sean be put through his paces!
On Saturday evening, Sean will be donning his suit and meeting with Kilkenny, Carlow and District Farm Relief Services and have official photos taken. This is followed by the banquet.
The Loose Canons will be playing hit after hit, until Mr Personality 2024 is announced at 12 midnight. The DJ will be continuing the celebrations till the early morning.
