Wexford business forced to address rumours about their closure

A Wexford business has been forced to put rumours to bed…

A long-standing business located in the heart of Wexford town has been forced to address rumours that their business was set to close.

Selskar Bookshop was established in 1979 to cater for local schools and since then have become the number one School Supplier in the South-East.

However, recently, rumours spread like wild-fire around the County with many people suggesting that the bookshop was going to close down. This, however, could not be further from the case and the local bookshop and supplier responded to the rumours:

“In response to recent rumours, we would like to reassure our valued customers and the general public that our business is not closing down. Our current shop will continue to operate for the foreseeable future.”

They did confirm that the shop will be relocating at a further date, but insist that this is actually due to expansion:

“While there will be a relocation at a later stage, to a larger premises in order to facilitate a growth in business, our business will remain fully operational and committed to serving our customers. When the relocation process begin, we will officially inform our customers in advance through our social media platforms and by issuing formal notifications to our account customers,” they said.

There is no doubt that people will be delighted to hear the news that the long-standing bookshop in Wexford town will not be closing down, and instead – in the future – it will actually be getting bigger and better.
