Two Wexford Schools Confirm Positive Covid-19 Cases

Another two Wexford schools have confirmed cases of Covid-19…

Both Bunclody Vocational College and St Kevins Tara Hill National School have confirmed cases of Covid-19.

An email, sent from Tara Hill NS to parents, states that the school had been “notified of positive Covid-19 cases in the community.”

This aligns with a growing number of confirmed cases in the Gorey Electoral area recently, which is now considered a hotspot with a significant infection rate.

With regards to the Bunclody Vocational School, close contacts were identified and notified following the HSE’s risk assessment of the school.

We remind our readers to revert back to the basics: wash your hands, social distance, avoid groups, sanitise, wear a mask.

Speedy recovery to all affected.
