Venue Confirmed For The Wexford Vs Galway Leinster Hurling Semi-Final

A venue has now been confirmed for Wexford’s upcoming Leinster semi-final…

Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford and the current Leinster champions will face Galway in the Leinster hurling semi-final on Halloween night, October 31st.

A venue has now been confirmed for the match.

The Leinster semi-final will take place in Croke Park at 6:15pm.

Meanwhile, Wexford Weekly can confirm that two players from Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford Senior hurling squad and four players from Shane Roche’s Wexford Senior football squad have tested positive for Covid-19 after recent rapid testing.

Here’s hoping the game will be going ahead. Within the current climate and with the rising cases, we wouldn’t be surprised it didn’t.
