Both the Wexford Senior Camogie team and the Wexford Junior Camogie team emerged victorious from their Littlewoods Camogie League clashes today.
The Wexford Senior Camogie team travelled to Portlaoise. It finished as a goal fest, with Wexford netting seven goals past the O’Moore County.
The game ended on a score line of 7-19 to 1-09.
Meanwhile, the Wexford Junior Camogie team were also in action today in their respective League campaign. The Wexford Junior Camogie team travelled North to Armagh. Unlike the Senior game, this was a close affair as Wexford snatched the victory by the minimum on a scoreline of 1-14 to 0-16.
With two wins on the one day, it has been a great weekend for Wexford Camogie who appear to be on the up once again after some difficult years.
