How are Wexford doing in the Allianz Hurling League?
Wexford currently sit on bottom of the Allianz Hurling League and they are facing a relegation battle. They have lost their opening three games, against Cork, Tipperary and Kilkenny respectively. Their remaining clashes will be against Clare, Galway, and Limerick. Wexford have been dealt with major injury blows and several retirements ahead of the campaign, which has not helped the cause. They have been handed a boost ahead of this week’s clash though, as the returning Lee Chin is set to feature.
Their opponents this weekend – Clare – also haven’t won in the Allianz League, but the All-Ireland champions will be hoping to change that this weekend as they bid to put in a big performance in front of their home crowd.
