The Allianz Hurling and Football Leagues concluded on Sunday…
Both Wexford Senior teams finished off their campaign on a positive note. The Wexford Senior hurlers travelled to Limerick in their final game and defeated John Kiely’s side on a score-line of 1-19 to 1-12.
Meanwhile, the Wexford Senior footballers made it 7 from 7 in Division 4 of the Allianz Football League, with their final group win over Longford. John Hegarty’s Wexford Senior Football team will now look forward to an Allianz League final in Croke Park, which takes place next weekend, Saturday 29th March against Limerick.
With the campaign concluded for all teams, Wexford’s opponents have been revealed for the 2026 Allianz League campaigns. The Wexford Senior hurlers have been relegated to Division 1B for 2026, while the Wexford Senior footballers have earned promotion to Division 3.

Wexford, Clare Dublin, Carlow, Antrim, Down, Kildare.
Wexford Senior footballers – Allianz League Group 2026:
Wexford, Down, Westmeath, Limerick, Laois, Sligo, Fermanagh, Clare.
