Key Wexford Forward Back Fit For Tipperary Battle

The Wexford Senior hurlers will travel to the Premier County to face Tipperary this Saturday…

The Model County enter the game on the back of two NHL victories against Waterford and Cork. On the other hand, Tipperary comprehensively won one against Waterford too but lost to Clare in Cusack Park on their next outing.

In an interview, Jack Guiney mentioned that Davy Fitzgerald’s side targetted their two opening games at the start of the year and now, they have an extra little bit of breathing space.

One thing is for sure though, there’ll be very little breathing space given by Tipperary this Saturday.

But to Wexford’s delight, they’ll have full-forward David Dunne available for the intriguing game.

This year, Dunne has been a shining light for the Wexford hurlers at full-forward.

Scoring at ease and posing a threat to the opposition’s defence with his speed and skill in every game he has played, Dunne’s availability for selection will be welcomed by all Model County supporters as the Senior hurling team aims for three out of three.
