The Permutations: Wexford’s Route To Allianz League Hurling Glory Confirmed

After a sublime comeback against Kilkenny at Innovate Wexford Park, Wexford are now through to the quarter-final stages of the Allianz National Hurling League.

The Yellowbellies finished in second place on the Division 1A league table, meaning Galway, who finished third in Divison 1B, await Wexford in the quarter-final.

Unfortunately for the Model County, they will have to travel to Pearse Stadium, where they’ll come up against a strong Galway unit.

If Wexford defeat the Tribesmen in Pearse Stadium next weekend, Davy Fitzgerald’s charges will play the winners of Waterford or Clare in the semi-final.

In the other semi-final, Limerick are due to play the winners of Tipperary and Dublin.
