A lucky Gorey punter will be having a happy new year..
A Gorey punter, who placed a €1 bet on the lotto in the local BoyleSports bookies, will be delighted moving into the New Year.
The anonymous punter scooped the cash bonanza after the selected Bingo numbers (2, 3, 10, 24, 28, and 29) were called out on Thursday.
It meant that the local punter walked away with a nice €100,000.
“What a fantastic way to round off 2020 for one of our lucky Gorey shop customers,” a BoyleSports spokesperson said.
Not bad moving into 2021, not bad at all.
