Gardai in Wexford are appealing for witnesses after a “large number of vehicles” were broken into on Wednesday night and Thursday morning in various areas across Wexford town.
“Between 8pm Weds night April 21st and 8am Thurs morning April 22nd a large number of vehicles parked around residential areas such as Clonard, Bloomfield, Heathfield, Pinewood and Cromwellsfort were broken into.”
“We are appealing for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in these areas or who may have information which might assist our investigation to make contact with us at Wexford Garda Station on 053 91651200,” a spokesperson for the Wexford Garda Division said.
Gardai in Wexford are also appealing for those who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of to come forward to aid in their investigation.
In other news, Gardai in Gorey recently seized drugs with a value of approximately 215,000 euro from an area in North Wexford recently.
