Watch: Wexford Farm Suffers Serious Damage Following ‘Tornado-Like’ Winds

A farm in Wexford has taken some serious damage…

The Wexford farmer, Willie John Kehoe, described the winds as “tornado like” where it had also killed some of his livestock. The damage took place on Wednesday, November 2.

Speaking to Agriland.ie, Kehoe said:

“There are no buildings left in the farmyard. There are no roofs left on any of the livestock sheds or farm buildings. You would have to see it to believe it.

The video of the damage was posted to Twitter by Agriland journalist, Breifne O’Brien.

The following day, on Thursday November 3rd, serious flash floods hit Gorey in North Wexford, with reports that the damage from the floods could cost in the hundreds of thousands to repair.
